Technology as we know it is getting more interesting by the minute, we can hardly keep up. Here is another cool thing “IPTV”. This app allows you to watch TV channels online. You don’t have to miss out on anything when you are on the go.
These are apps that are created to stream and view contents without using cable cords or call for service providers before you have access to your favourite shows.
However, a stable internet connection and your external video player are required before you can enjoy the app. In addition, it is vital to search and download a list of channels in M3U format.
Nonetheless, the official website of IPTV has handled that for us, you can find and download the lists of channels such as movie series, sports, international channels, or whatever sails your boat.
This is how IPTV works
It works like your satellite TV; the antenna converts the waves into the electrical signals, your television decodes these signals and makes the sound and picture.
The difference between your satellite TV and IPTV is the signal bounces into space and back, while your Satellite TV sends the signal, transfer straight to your home without radio waves.
Top IPTV Apps for your devices
Now that we’ve figured out how what is IPTVs and how it works let’s focus on the main issue. If you have an Amazon Firestick or Android device
Let’s get back to the business, shall we? Now if you have Android, or Amazon Firestick device, but do not know which IPTV works best for your device, then sit back, relax and read on. Below are the lists of IPTV apps that you can use for your Android or Amazon Firestick devices.
FREEFLIX HQ
Going through the different lists of IPTV apps, Freeflix Hq got my attention, probably its because the name sounds similar to that of NetFlix– I don’t know. However, if you look Study beyond the name, it is an impeccable app. The founder(s) did a good job, and it is definitely a must-have.
The FreeFlix HQ offers many TV shows and movies for free, and it has almost the same interface as Terrarium TV (another IPTV app we will be discussing much later) with different video categories to choose from.
The part I am not too psyched about is the different versions; FreeFlix has the paid and the free versions. The free version is filled with adverts, and you enjoy no-free ad popping on your screen in the paid version.
It is understandable; you need to get some coins for your hard work. The good news is, the paid version is worth it. However, you can settle for the free version, if you do not mind the ads popping on your screen while you watch a movie. If you want to upgrade to the paid version, you will be required to update the app and pay via PayPal.
Furthermore, FreeFlix HQ, allows you to download movies from the app; it means you do not have to use the app every time you are in the mood for some movies.
All you need to do is download your movies and watch it whenever you are less occupied or offline.
GSE SMART IPTV
GSE SMART IPTV is an excellent app, it supports multiple devices and can read different file formats. Droidvison( designer of GSE SMART IPTV) did an excellent job here; even though the app is not affiliated with content providers, it can still read M3U links.
The GSE SMART IPTV is perfect for those who travel a lot but do not want to miss out on their favourite entertainment shows. However, just like any free stuff, the GSE SMART IPTV comes with ads, other than that, It is a thumbs up for me.
IPTV SMARTERS PRO APP
IPTV Smarters Pro App may be the third on this list, but it does not mean it is the third best. He list is arranged in alphabetical order, so brace up read on.
This app is based on Xtreams Code for end users, which allows you to watch TV catch ups, live TV, series, or VOD on your android devices such as Fire TV stick, and Android boxers. The app has a beautiful design with a sophisticated layout, and it is user-friendly.
It supports EPG, playing with external players and dynamic language switching. You have control over what your kids watch by using the parental control integrated for each categories feature.
Unlike the others, the IPTV Smarters Pro App does not provide any streams playlists, and you need to provide your content, username, password and server URL that is given by your service provider.

Note that is not restricted to just one type of device; you can download it on any device. Kodi enables you to install thousands of Add-ons that have millions of TV shows, movies, music, and lots more.
So, if you have the Amazon Fire TV, FireStick, or the Fire TV cube, then check out KODI. However, when opting for KODI, be ready to encounter repeated updates and movie site terminations.
MOBDRO
Mobdro made streaming easier; from the UI, to its support system, and to its content. It is simply amazing. The only downside to this app is the quality of the content; several channels are not available in HD quality. If you are looking for free live channels, then think Mobdro.
Mobdro app gives you the opportunity to stream thousands of content for free, and it enables you to share some of your streams. In addition, the offline feature makes it impossible to miss your favourite streams.

With Morpheus, you have an added advantage over Terrarium and some other IPTV apps users. However, it is advisable to use a VPN to secure your IP address when using Morpheus for downloading the streams.
TERRARIUM TV
Android powers the Terrarium TV, and you can enjoy the all-in-one streaming application. The Terrarium TV gives you access to loads of movies, and TV Shows all year round.
It is one of our favourite apps because it has super fast servers, which eliminate the problem of buffering.
Although, it works perfectly for any device with APK files; most of the contents are in HD resolution with different sources to select from. You don’t have to worry about repositories or Add-Ons; as soon as the installation process is completed, the Terrarium TV gives contents.
